The Controller will be responsible for various aspects of accounting, reporting and compliance. The candidate must be operationally minded, be willing to dig in and roll up their sleeves to do anything from bookkeeping to banking to tax returns to financial statement prep and analysis.   The candidate should be able to create and monitor policies and procedures for internal control compliance and recommend improvements.
